Since 2017, our founders have provided regenerative medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, chiropractic care, and nutrition counseling to patients across Northern Virginia — treatments that have helped people get their lives back from chronic pain and hormone imbalance.
Over time, we recognized a hard truth: these treatments were only reaching a certain segment of our community — the people who could afford them. Meanwhile, we knew of countless neighbors, and veterans in particular, who needed this exact kind of care but couldn't access it.
We founded the Alternative Wellness Institute of Northern Virginia, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to close that gap. Our mission is simple:
"Empowering Northern Virginia to live pain-free, vibrant lives through innovative chiropractic, cutting-edge regenerative medicine, and personalized hormone replacement therapy."
We're especially committed to serving injured veterans, whose sacrifices often leave lasting physical and hormonal impacts that go untreated long after their service ends.
As a registered 501(c)(3), every donation to the Institute is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and goes directly toward funding assistance for community members who apply for our program.
